Maintenance Supervisor

CAM-PLEX is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to performs and/or supervises manual tasks to assure proper operation and maintenance of assigned facility(s) and equipment in accordance with local, state, and national building codes. Coordinates maintenance services and activities; Answers emergency calls and respond as required.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Supervises the work of assigned personnel, including assigning and reviewing work, providing guidance, and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Perform or supervise work necessary to maintain assigned facility(s) and equipment; may include general maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
  • Coordinate inspection of and monitor building systems to determine cost effective repair or replacement.
  • Plan, coordinate, and evaluate preventive maintenance schedules to include fire protection, alarm systems, and other equipment systems.
  • Develop and manage building maintenance/custodial schedules, activities, and services. 6. Participate in the development and implementation of goals and objectives for building integrity.
  • Perform building repair and/or construction work as required.
  • Complete necessary reports and records to ensure job requests, repairs, and maintenance work is adequately received, recorded, prioritized, and completed in a timely manner.
  • Monitor the work performed by independent contractors and subcontractors; meet with staff to identify and resolve problems; assign work activities, projects, and programs; review and evaluate work products, methods, and procedures.
  • Prepare and recommend plans, specifications, and cost estimates for building maintenance, alterations, and construction activities.
  • May install telecommunications lines or cables. Ensures personnel comply with OSHA and other safety standards.
  • Oversees the records of work hours and parts utilized in the repair and service of vehicles. Ensures appropriate paperwork is completed.
  • Administers and monitors assigned budget items. Ensures work is completed within stated budget. Advises Director of budgetary needs or concerns.
  • Adhere to safe work practices and procedures.
  • Performs related duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 6 months + training beyond High School
  • Five (5) to seven (7) years of increasingly responsible in building maintenance and operations including supervisory experience
  • Any equivalent combination of training, education, and experience that provides the required skills, knowledge, and abilities
  • Class C Driver's License
Salary: $61,568.83-$65,769.60 DOE plus excellent benefits. Health, Dental, Life and Vision insurance & Wyoming Retirement Pension. Paid time off for vacation, sick and holiday.

Mechanic, Senior

CAM-PLEX is currently looking to fill the position of Mechanic, Senior. This position performs a variety of skilled to highly skilled duties involved in minor and major mechanical repairs to gasoline and diesel powered automotive, heavy, and light construction, and other power-driven equipment. Is available for on call or emergency services as necessary. Performs duties at the advanced journey level of the class. Takes on supervisory duties in a supervisor's absence.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Inspects, diagnoses, and locates mechanical difficulties on County automobiles, trucks, and a variety of diesel and gasoline powered maintenance and construction equipment. Performs minor and major overhauls of equipment, engines, and other major drive train components.
  • Diagnoses, maintains, repairs, and reconditions electrical system components, ignition systems, computer controls, electronic controls, microprocessors, alternators, high voltage power generators, starters, batteries, hydraulic systems, high pressure water systems, including pumps, valves, rams, hoses, motors, and high-pressure air systems.
  • Repairs and replaces tires on small equipment, automotive, diesel, and construction equipment. Checks and adjusts vehicle alignment. • Repair and replaces components such as generators, distributors, relays, lights, switches, and low voltage light systems.
  • Repairs, adjusts, and replaces brake systems.
  • Performs preventive maintenance of assigned vehicles and ensures vehicle safety for vehicles used by county employees and the public.
  • Installs, maintains, modifies, and lays out sanders, plows, and related snow removal equipment and systems. Performs snow removal as required.
  • Assists in the planning and operation of division projects.
  • Assists in the bidding of vehicles and light/heavy equipment, including writing specifications.
  • Welds, fabricates, and assembles parts and equipment for County automotive and heavy equipment.
  • Maintains cleanliness of work area and tools. Ensures compliance with established safety procedures.
  • Maintains inventory on all parts, filters, and shop supplies. Maintains shop tools and performs minor maintenance or replaces as needed.
  • Maintains work, time, material, and vehicle maintenance records.
  • Performs related duties as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • 6 months + training beyond High School
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience
  • Any equivalent combination of training, education, and experience that provides the required skills, knowledge, and abilities
Required Licenses or Certifications:
  • Electrical
  • Hydraulic trouble shooting and Toro or equivalent factory training
  • EVT Level II
  • Class A driver's license with air brake endorsement

This is a full-time benefitted position, starting at $24.91 - $31.65/hour DOE + Excellent Benefits

Rodeo/Equine Event Technician - Full Time

CAM-PLEX is currently looking a full-time Event Technician. The qualified candidates will perform a variety of event setup, teardown, and maintenance of agricultural buildings including indoor and outdoor arenas, and other buildings as assigned. Provide other assistance as required by individual event and/or user; work varied hours to include nights, weekends and holidays. Three to four years of related experience in event setup including the operation of job related equipment and ability to obtain Class B CDL with Tanker Endorsement.


EXAMPLES OF IMPORTANT AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES
1 Operate equipment and machinery in a safe and efficient manner as required by facility needs. Perform daily maintenance including oil levels, air and fuel filters, grease fittings and tire pressure checks.
2. Maintain dirt arenas for all events as required.
3. Assist with setup and tear down of CAM-PLEX events in East Pavilion including rodeos, cuttings, livestock sales, roping competitions, and the county fair.
4. Clean and maintain stables, make repairs as needed.
5. Assist with snow removal which may include plowing, hand shoveling and dispersing ice melting compounds as needed.
6. Setup and teardown of various types of stalls, holding pens, bucking chutes, roping chutes, crows nest's, bleachers, animal cages and pens.

Full Time - $20.58/hr plus excellent benefits: Health, Dental, Life and Vision insurance & Wyoming Retirement Pension. Paid time off for vacation, sick and holiday.

CAM-PLEX is currently looking for individuals for the position of Event Custodian. The qualified candidate will perform a full range of custodial duties as they relate to the care, maintenance, and cleaning of assigned buildings and facilities; perform event set-up and tear down; provide other assistance as required by an individual event and/or user. Work varied hours to include nights, evenings, weekends and holidays. One to two years of related experience in custodial work experience including the operation of job-related equipment. Box Office Manager

CAM-PLEX is currently looking to fill the position of Box Office Manager. This position performs a variety of highly responsible, complex and confidential administrative support functions. Organizes and oversees the operations and functions of the ticket office. Administers all facets of ticketing from the beginning of an event to the final disbursement of monies. May perform financial duties and minor duties involving accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgets and payroll. Answers phones and provides customer service. Coordinates, organizes and prepares for events. Handles purchasing and ordering. Oversees the operations and functions of assigned office. Exercises supervision over Box Office Personnel.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The intent of this job description is to provide a representative summary of the major duties and responsibilities performed by employees in this job. Employees may be requested to perform job-related tasks other than those specifically presented in this description.

  • Assists customers in person and over the phone with ticket orders, Gallery purchases, and workshop tuition/registration. Answers event questions and relays customer feedback to the necessary team members.
  • Manage the Ticket Escrow account, to include tracking budget amounts for Arts in EducationRural Arts Program, collecting Workshop Tuition, invoicing corporate and school district event purchases, and completing monthly reports tracking funds held for others.
  • Responsible for scheduling Box Office personnel for ticketed events.
  • Develops newsletters, brochures, postcards, and other advertising and promotional materials for events.
  • Maintains Ambassador/Volunteer contacts and hospitality needs. Tracks volunteer hours for granting purposes.
  • Collects money and determines final reports and disbursements for art gallery sales.
  • Orders and/or creates necessary forms, envelopes, ticket stock, office supplies, and concessions inventory.
  • Completes bank deposits and balances sheets for all daily events, concessions, and merchandise sales.
  • Performs routine and non-routine bookkeeping duties, including accounts payable, receivable, and billing. Collects, receipts, counts, and balances money. Issues receipts and maintains record of transactions.
  • Updates and maintains ticketing software. Creates and modifies ticketing software event facilities to CAM-PLEX specifications.
  • Meets with promoters and other event staff regarding events. Determines best way to set-up event. Builds events in the ticketing software.
  • Performs related duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma (or GED equivalent)
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a ticket office.
  • Any equivalent combination of training, education, and experience that provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities
Required Licenses of Certifications
  • Class C driver’s license

Performing Arts Volunteer

Performing Arts Ambassador

Ambassadors are volunteers who help staff events in the Heritage Center Theater. Ambassadors perform duties such as:
  • Greet the public
  • Assist patrons to their seats
  • Take tickets
  • Hand out programs
  • Crowd control
  • Assist handicapped patrons
  • Help in the gallery
  • Sell concessions and/or merchandise
The requirements to become an ambassador are:

Administrative Coordinator

CAM-PLEX is currently seeking a high energy individual for Administrative Coordinator to organize and support the operations and functions of the General Manager of CAM-PLEX.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
•Depending on area of assignment, supervises the work of assigned personnel, including assigning and reviewing work, providing guidance, and conducting performance evaluations.
• Performs a variety of highly responsible, complex, and confidential administrative support functions of the assigned office. Responds to routine letters and general correspondence. Composes, types, and edits correspondence, memoranda, and other documents requiring judgment as to content, accuracy, and completeness.
• Receives and responds to visitors and telephone callers. Answers questions and provides information where judgment, knowledge, and interpretation are utilized. Researches and gathers information to provide accurate answers and information and responds to complaints or refers individual to appropriate source as necessary.
• Types, proofreads, and edits documents, presentation materials, brochures, grant requests, and other materials. Arranges for or distributes copies of material.
• Performs complex bookkeeping duties, including the management and coordination accounts payable, receivable, and billing.
• Orders, receives, inventories, stores, and distributes supplies. Contacts vendors and suppliers as needed. Maintains related records.
• Initiates and maintains a variety of files and records for information related to the assigned department and programs including financial, budget, personnel, operational, and administrative records. Maintains and updates resource materials. Maintains, updates, and tracks fixed assets.
• Maintains calendars of department activities, meetings, and various events. Organizes and prepares agenda and packets for meetings. Takes and transcribes minutes. Arranges for necessary materials to be available at meetings. Coordinates travel arrangements as necessary.
• Research, compiles, and organizes information and data from various sources in order to prepare monthly, annual and/or special reports. Develops, designs, types, and proofs newsletters, brochures, and reports and disseminates information as appropriate.
• Assists in the preparation of annual operating and capital budgets. Collects and organizes budget information from staff. Monitors assigned budget line item. Provides status reports as required
• Performs related duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Three to five years of experience at an Administrative Assistant II level or equivalent experience. A high school diploma and specialized training or college courses in office administration or the equivalent. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to multi task is required.
