• Supervises the work of assigned personnel, including assigning and reviewing work, providing guidance, and conducting performance evaluations.
• Supervises, schedules, coordinates, and performs the maintenance of multiple park facilities, including grounds, trees, equipment, and irrigation systems.
• Responds to questions, complaints, and maintenance emergencies.
• Manages and participates in the development and implementation of goals and objectives for the integrity of assigned facilities and areas.
• Plans, implements, and administers grounds beautification programs as assigned.
• Performs and coordinates snow removal of parking lots, roads, and sidewalks.
• Coordinates the usage of grounds equipment by and from other departments as needed.
• Organizes, schedules, maintains records, and estimates time requirements for projects. Requisitions supplies, equipment, and materials. Performs facility construction work as required.
• Participates in and monitors workflow. Reviews and evaluates work products, methods, and procedures. Identifies and resolves problems.
• Assists in the development and administration of the annual maintenance, equipment repair, and facility improvement budgets.
• Performs related duties as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum High School Diploma (or GED equivalent)
• Three (3) to (5) five years of experience in commercial maintenance
• Any equivalent combination of training, education and experience that provides the required skills, knowledge, and abilities.

• Class C Driver's License
• Wyoming pesticide applicator's license

CAM-PLEX is currently looking a full-time Event Technician. The qualified candidates will perform a variety of event setup, teardown, and maintenance of agricultural buildings including indoor and outdoor arenas, and other buildings as assigned. Provide other assistance as required by individual event and/or user; work varied hours to include nights, weekends and holidays. Three to four years of related experience in event setup including the operation of job related equipment and ability to obtain Class B CDL with Tanker Endorsement.

Full Time - $20.58/hr plus excellent benefits: Health, Dental, Life and Vision insurance & Wyoming Retirement Pension. Paid time off for vacation, sick and holiday.
