Food Vendor Requirements

To maintain a safe and professional environment for our guests, all food service and alcohol vendors must meet the following requirements:

Service Provider Agreement: A signed Service Provider Agreement must be completed and submitted before you operate at any CAM-PLEX event. Please contact the Contract Coordinator at CAM-PLEX to start the application process, 307-682-0552 or amanda@cam-plex.com.

Exclusive Pouring Rights: Vendors agree to purchase all beverages to be sold in CAM-PLEX facilities directly from Wyoming Beverage, Inc. | Pepsi Exclusive Pouring Rights Information

Certificate of Insurance (COI):
Vendors must provide a current Certificate of Insurance naming CAM-PLEX as an additional insured. Specific insurance coverage requirements will be detailed in the Service Provider Agreement.

Mobile Food Vendors: Mobile Food Vendors are required by the City of Gillette —including food stands, pushcarts, mobile food trucks, and mobile food units—to obtain a license to operate. CAM-PLEX is excluded from this requirement and does not require a permit. Mobile food vendors are required to follow the guidelines for vehicles in buildings when parking in any CAM-PLEX indoor facility |Mobile Food Vendor Information | Campbell County Fire Department Guidelines for Vehicles in Buildings

Event supply vendors, equipment rental companies, and other non-food vendors do not need to have a Service Provider Agreement.
