NADAC Dog Agility Pre-Championships CAM-PLEX Multi-Event Facilities in Gillette, Wyoming is the site for the 2010 North American Dog Agility Council (NADAC) Dog Agility Championships! Admission to the competitions and the trade show is FREE to the viewing public! Beginning Monday, September 20 at 1:30 pm through Wednesday, September 22, the Pre-Championships will be in Barn 3. A full schedule can be picked up at the CAM-PLEX main offices. Then, beginning Thursday, September 23rd approximately 9:00 am in CAM-PLEX East Pavilion through Sunday, September 26st top dog and handler teams from across the United States and Canada will be competing over timed, judged courses consisting of jumps, ramps, tunnels and the ever-popular-with-spectators weave poles for five days of intense competition. Mixed breeds along with purebred canine competitors are judged on their speed, accuracy and safety as they zoom around a predetermined, numbered course. The two-legged member of each team is responsible for keeping the dogs on the correct courses, as well as ensuring safe performance of each obstacle. Each competitor/dog team has met specific criteria during the previous 12 months in order to qualify for entry. The Championships will highlight these top teams competing in a variety of exciting, fast, fun courses throughout the competition.
